"Cars" theme party! Sneak peek

I hope everyone has had a wonderful 3 day weekend! My weekend has been wonderful. Got to go on a 10 mile bike ride with my husband, got some baking in and helped a friend do some moving today. My legs are officially hurting!

I had the joy of helping out with my nephew's 3rd birthday party on Saturday! He absolutely loves Disney's Cars movie and adores "McQueemy" he calls him (lightning Mcqueen is the real deal). So it was only perfect to do a Cars themed party. I designed his invitations, birthday banner, flag banner, party tags, and even tried my hand at a little dessert table.

Welcoming myself to the world of blogging!

I have been thinking about starting a blog for a while, just wasn't sure how everything worked. So I took the time to figure it out and here I am! This blog will be about all my baking experiences along my journey to owning my own bakery one day. Sweet Memories Cakery is currently my home based bakery business right now, but working hard to make my dreams come true.

I am also fascinated with all pretty things - papers, parties, events, SWEETS and will post things along those lines from time to time. As well as my own designs of invitations and party accessories! Stay Tuned!!!
